Daniel founded AEBOV Industrial Real Estate Brokerage with a singular focus: transforming real estate from a line item into a mission-enabler. While many see warehouses and bays, Daniel sees the infrastructure that powers growth for his clients.

Before launching AEBOV, Daniel sharpened his expertise leading high-performance teams at Avison Young and Ariel Property Advisors, representing some of New York City’s most influential property owners. Today, he is a leading voice at the intersection of industrial assets and the emerging cannabis sector—hosting the AEBOV Grade podcast and a dedicated webinar series on the niche's unique challenges.

A frequent contributor to the Commercial Observer, Daniel’s insights are regularly featured in Forbes, The New York Times, The Real Deal, Benzinga, Commercial Property Executive, and more.

When he is not working, Daniel loves spending time with his family, traveling, working out, and recharging at the Russian baths.

Chris is a 7 year veteran of the cannabis industry working in various sales roles across the country. Chris joined AEBOV in 2024 to pursue a career in real estate that leverages his passion for and experience in the cannabis industry. Chris' expertise in factory direct hydroponic equipment, cannabis focused financial services, and cannabis retail offers tremendous value to our clients. He is fluent in Spanish and holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business from Rollins College in Winter Park, FL.
Chris holds a real estate salesperson license in New Jersey.
